Your data never leaves your browser.
Here’s exactly what that means, and what little data is involved in running this site at all.

Overview
PdfInvoiceOnline is built around a simple principle: a tool that helps you create invoices doesn’t need to read, store, or transmit the data inside those invoices. Everything you type into the invoice builder — business names, client details, line items, amounts — is processed locally, inside your own browser, and is never sent to our servers.
What we don’t collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, or have any access to:
- Your business name, address, or contact details entered into the form
- Your client’s name, address, or contact details
- Invoice numbers, line items, rates, quantities, taxes, or discounts
- Logos or images you upload to personalize your invoice
- The PDF files generated by the tool
This data exists only in your browser’s memory while the page is open, and is discarded the moment you close or refresh the tab.
What little we do collect
Like virtually any website, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information for security and reliability purposes, such as:
- IP address
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and approximate time of visit
This information is standard server-log data, is not linked to any invoice content (since that content never reaches our servers), and is used only to keep the site running securely.
How the invoice tool works technically
Client-side processing
The invoice builder runs as JavaScript inside your browser. When you click “Download PDF,” the PDF is assembled and rendered locally on your device using your browser’s own resources — no data is uploaded to generate it.
No accounts, no database
There is no sign-up, login, or user account system, and therefore no database storing personal information, invoice history, or saved templates tied to you.
Share features
If you use the WhatsApp or Email share buttons, your browser opens WhatsApp or your email client directly with a short text summary you can review before sending. We are not involved in, and cannot see, anything you send through those channels.
Third-party services
The page loads a single third-party script library used to generate PDF files directly in your browser. This library runs locally and does not transmit your data anywhere. We may also use a basic hosting or analytics provider to understand overall site traffic (e.g., total visits), but never in a way that captures invoice content.
Cookies
We do not use cookies to track you across the internet or to store your invoice data. Any cookies present are limited to essential website functionality (such as remembering accessibility or display preferences, if applicable) and contain no personal or invoice information.
Children’s privacy
This tool is intended for general business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and given the nature of the tool (no accounts, no stored data), no personal information is collected from any user, child or adult.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes to the site or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
