Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PdfInvoiceOnline (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of service
PdfInvoiceOnline is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to create and download invoices in PDF format. The Service requires no account registration and processes all data locally within the user’s browser, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibility for content
You control what goes into your invoices
Because all data is entered and processed entirely on your device, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of any invoice you create — including business details, amounts, taxes, and client information.
We don’t review or store your invoices
As the Service does not transmit or store invoice content, we have no ability to review, verify, correct, or retrieve any invoice you generate. Please double-check all figures and details before sending an invoice to a client.
This tool is provided for general invoicing convenience and does not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice. For matters involving tax compliance, regulatory invoicing requirements, or financial reporting, please consult a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading invoices intended to misrepresent a transaction
- Impersonate another person or business without authorization
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
No warranty
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or browser.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PdfInvoiceOnline and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to errors in generated invoices, lost business, lost data, or any disputes with clients arising from invoices created using the tool.
Intellectual property
The design, layout, branding, and underlying code of PdfInvoiceOnline are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. Invoices you generate using your own business information and content belong to you; we claim no ownership over invoice content you create.
Third-party services and links
The Service may load third-party libraries (such as a PDF-generation library) to function and may link to external services such as WhatsApp or your email client for sharing purposes. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service you choose to use in connection with this Service.
Availability and changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from such changes, including temporary or permanent unavailability of the tool.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the operator’s place of business.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
